Fantastic food and service!
I had the Tempura Mahi Mahi tacos and they were amazing. The Flan was spectacular! Enjoyed our lunch together and will be back.
Had a solid night at La Popular. Our server, Tony, was great—super friendly, personable and on it. Only complaint is the Taco Tuesday situation. The happy hour prices have gone way up, so it’s definitely not the deal it used to be. The street tacos are awesome, but just a heads up that your "cheap" taco night is going to cost you a lot more than before.
Service was definitely sub par. Wrong drinks delivered; almost like the waiter wasn’t listening. I asked for “no beans”; got beans. My side guacamole never arrived. The prices are high for Tex Mex and there’s nothing special or exceptional about it. One trip was enough. Too many other delicious options to choose from.
Great queso, steak tacos, and margs. Love the happy hour. Isabella was a great bar tender!
