Owner, Kristen Peckich, believes that everyone deserves to be pampered, everyday. With that in mind, she created La Pomponn e, which roughly translates from French: "one who has been dolled up". The first location opened in 1992 with a staff of six and offered many of the same services still being enjoyed today. Since then, business has continued to flourish. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is extremely rude and they are not customer service oriented. After calling to say that I was stuck in unexpected traffic, they called back to say that they would no longer have time for a full appointment. I said that I would cancel and never come back and they said, "OK thanks anyways." They lost a lifetime customer at $175/appt. plus a $20 tip. Absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
