We are current residents of this apartment building and lived here for over a year. Upon move in to our apartment it was dirty and nothing had been cleaned from the previous tenant. There was still clumps of dog hair in the carpet. We were given the option to clean it ourselves for rent credit or have them come and professionally clean it. Took the rent credit and did everything ourselves, which was preferred but it did push back our ability to move in to the apartment. Just a heads up that if you guys are trying to automate the digital leasing to email pipeline is losing sales. I asked the digital leasing to view 1 bedrooms or studios and it marked me down as looking for a studio i think. Then there was an email sent that there were no units available in my range but there's a bunch of one bedrooms. Goodluck with everything :)

Moving into this building has been one of the easiest and seamless experiences. Both the manager Shannon and the maintenance guy Jim have been extremely helpful. From touring multiple apartments to fixing things in the unit, both have been accommodating and responsive!
Historic building, wonderfully renovated. One of the few places left in Northeast Minneapolis that is still affordable.
