What was once a San Diego (and Mission Beach) treasure is now a place where you face a Seinfeld-like Soup Nazi at the register. Why this woman is so rude, inflexible, and inept is beyond me. A once family-owner establishment has lost its way. Good food, horrible service. Horrible!
