yummy the food at this restraunt is good. some was a bit spicy but i guess thats what you get when you want real mexican food. i give this place a thumbs up.
Over Charging Credit Card This was our first visit to La Playa and we were served stale chips, no hot sauce was brought out for 10-15 minutes. The service was very slow and the resturant only had a few customers at the time we were dining and then to add insult to injury....our credit card was over charged and when we called the manager to research the error...Stephanie told us that she was too busy. Wonder if they will ever credit back the over billing?????? Needless to say this was our last visit as well.
AWWWWW This is my favorite place to go out on a Friday night with the fiance. The frozen margaritas are the best and I really love their Nachos a La Playa. I have never had anything like them.
If you're looking for Mexican food this is the place in Corpus Christi from beef fajitas to seafood everything taste great I highly recommend it.
Cheese on quesadillas was sour. Fajitas low grade. Waitress rude. Not pleased. Bad experience. La Playa on Saratoga rates tops.
This is an annual stop during vacation. After the meal I had tonight, we won't be back. Cold food, spilled soup on my fajita, and a waiter who argued with me. I wish we'd eaten anywhere but here.
I travel here on business/leisure and never miss an opportunity to eat at LA PLAYA. Food is outstanding. Many dishes to select from. Fun atmosphere with live Mariachi serenades. Must try!!!
