I wanted to just give a shout out to Morgan. She was on the phone with me for an hour explaining my bill and finding ways to help me out of a bad landlord situation with inefficient heating. She was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. Management should give her a raise or at least some kudos because she’s a keeper on your staff.
Nathan Bryant came by to fix a line after a power outage in Pagosa a few weeks ago. Very efficient, professional and kind. 5/5 stars!
Horrible customer service. They would rather you freeze to death than extend a payment due date by a day. It's a business, and they really don't care about the customers. I wish there were ANY other option, but they have you by the %@**&, and they know it.
