I've been increasingly frustrated with La Plata Communities' management of their commercial property behind my home. While they may handle HOA duties, their own property management seems poorly coordinated. The biggest issue is the disruptive timing of their services. Trash is being dumped between 2 AM and 4 AM, creating loud disturbances, and snow removal happens between 12 AM and 3 AM, making for an incredibly inconvenient and noisy overnight operation.
