Established by Manuel and Nellie Amabisca, La Placita opened its doors on May 17th, 1962 and has served quality Mexican food to the residents of Buckeye, Arizona ever since. Manuel and Nellie developed the menu based on Amabisca and Valdez family recipes, many of which are still favorites on the current menu.
