The apartments are not fancy but it's a place to live and neighbors keep to themselves
No problems for 5 years
Living here right now and let me tell you... really bad place to live at! Weve had mold on our restroom ceiling for the longest time we have called them every day to see when there gonna clmw fix the problem and nothing its been weeks and no one has showed up..our carpet from our closet has water we believe there is a leak coming from the restroom the nobs to turn on the shower are broken the thermostat is also broken so our light bill is a little high due to that oh and our bathtub is rusty and there was also mold on the wa... read more
LaPlace Apartments have been updated under new management. The property is well maintained inside and out. Been living here about 9 months and feel this is a nice apartment that is priced in the affordable range. Also, the neighbors are nice and quiet. This is being written 9-5-2012
