Brittney Vincent was amazing to work with and always took care of anything we needed. Their professionalism and kindness is a rarely found quality in the rental industry. We enjoyed so much renting from them and would recommend them in a heartfelt.
I have been a renter through LAPINE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Since November 2011 and It has been a great experience. Bill pay on line or in office has been easy and very professional. Any maintenance request has alwasy been addressed in less than 24 hours even in the harshest of winter days. Thank you to all the people who make the experience of renting in Lapine Oregon. Will never rent or recommend anyone rent from this place. Maintenance (specifically Dan) was always sloppy and treats tenants like they are a hassle. Brittany in the main office was horrible to deal with. Poor communication skills and makes a lot of passive aggressive remarks. RUN AWAY!!
I have used them for several years for a rental I own. They are professional and dependable. Recently, I needed work done on my place before it could be rented out again and they handled everything beautifully and in a very timely manner.
