To be honest if I could leave a no star rating I would horrible company to deal with had a income upload error so we failed the income requirements and no one will answer a email or call us back to get it corrected they'll just take your money and run please don't do business with them I've called and left voicemails and nothing their system only uploaded 1 out of 8 of my paystubs people like this need to be prosecuted for theft and I really hope the owners of the propertys see this review because we've been trying to get in... read more
I'd leave 0 stars but won't let me leave a review. I've applied for a house through them and received a email saying I wasn't approved. I've been calling for over a week to see why it wasn't approved. No answer. Left voicemails. Call the number they messaged me on as well no reply. Very shady seem they just want the application money. Do not rent from them
**I didn’t realize this didn’t post months ago** Rent from anyone else!! Maintenance was sloppy- always left behind a mess Dan was extremely rude and aggressive. Brittney was rude, and extremely unprofessional. Lost our rent check multiple times. Never once did they answer the phone, even for emergencies. We loved the home we rented and the owner was great, but this company forced reliable tenants to move out. If you find yourself unlucky and have to rent from these people be sure to document everything. You’ll have to deal with Brittany who is in no hurry to get anything done and will never answer her phone or call you back. She is rude and dismissive and from my experience may not have made it past the 8th grade. I’m an old army vet and don’t leave reviews but the disrespect I received from this joke of a rental company has compelled me to warn others. If you are already a renter be sure to know your rights!
We’ve been renting with La Pine Property Management for almost four years now, and we honestly have nothing but great things to say! Brittany is awesome — always super friendly and easy to talk to.
