By the Deteriorated state of the building and grounds and with the foreign flags flying in the balconies, it looks like this building turned into an immigrant shelter and nobody told the community. I was interested in renting here, but after seeing this and other bad reviews. I've made my decision to stay away from this immigrant shelter
Beautiful comfortable place
Amazing location. Units are decent inside but management is horrible. This place is managed off-site and it shows. The building and grounds are in bad shape and no one seems to care. This place is getting worse weekly. Trash everywhere, dirty hallways, animal waste in hallways, outdate 'gym', & gates constantly broken. Don't expect much from this place or the Assistant property manager.
