Would not recommend unfortunately. We wanted to support a small business instead of a big store but they sold us an empty helium tank and wouldn't offer a resolution since we didn't come back the same day. We didn't want a refund, just a replacement but the guy said he didn't believe it so there's nothing they can do. As we're also a business that specializes in customer service, them not attempting to offer an exchange or anything to help shows a lack of how they don't care.

The guy helped me it was the day of my baby shower plus husband birthday and he took care of me and even gave me a free stick for the piñata thank you for much !!!
After searching several stores for the perfect piñata, we finally came across this one, willing to custom-make what we needed—a number 9 in specific colors—and they certainly delivered! Excellent turnaround time, quality work, friendly interactions. He even gave us a piñata stick to go with it! We definitely recommend!
