I got my dreadlocks done by Katrina Brown. She showed up late, smelled like weed, and switched up my loc maintenance method without telling me. I later asked for a partial refund because that method had potential risks I didn't know of at the time, but she was too prideful to admit any miscommunication. She deflected and changed her story many times. She also claimed she "kicked me out", but I got up and left because I was talking to a brick wall at that point. I was very respectful the entire time. This is salon is amazing! My stylist, Sally, did an amazing job! She corrected an at home bleach that I did and she completely flipped my hair and made sure it was still nice and healthy! I love my hair so much!!!

This place is so welcoming, heather was so nice and very professional I loved the way she was able to fix my hair after almost lost cause lol. Overall I really recommend this place

Overall great experience, I have a crazy schedule with work and they were able to make it happen even when I needed to reschedule. Firoozeh was my stylist and she did an awesome job. I will be going back
