I booked a party here by recommendation from a friend. The place was very cute and my daughter was so excited to have her party there. The staff seemed nice at first but we were ultimately disappointed with the service. At one point we couldn't even get the girls to bring us more plates because they were all 3 in the small kitchen with the door closed. Hosted my daughters 7th birthday party here after having been a birthday guest approx 1 year ago. Prior to the event, lovely customer service. Upon arrival, the staff were content to let guests and host sit until I asked- "how does this work". The girls seemed to have the event sequencing in precision.... until they served the cake without ice cream...
