I had my first appointment yesterday!! LOVE that they are open on Saturdays since i work all week and have 3 kids. loved the color and cut, only thing is i will be calling on Monday about thinning out my hair. I have very thick and curly hair and the stylist did not thin out my hair at all. BUT still love the cut the color. just figured i would give the new style a day before saying anything. great pricing as well!! i WILL be returning :D
It's great if you're a regular customer. Don't expect to get an appointment if you call a week in advance. I called on a Tuesday to get an appointment for the following Monday and was told " Oh you haven't been here since May so we can get you in for a consultation on Monday! " I live in another state so it's not convenient to drive 20 miles to get my hair done every 6 weeks. I was not only going to have my hair done but also a mani and pedi before going on vacation.
