Walked out happy again – Upon my second trip into La Petite Coquette, I was luck enough to meet the owner, Rebecca. I wasn't in the market for anything (my bras from last time have held up so well I don't need more yet) but I was just passing by and couldn't resist the beautiful stuff in the windows. Good selection, bad service – I believe this is a good place to find a bra that fits you, but I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a salesperson. I don't need a 24-year-old telling me I can't wear this or I have to wear that, especially if the "this" is a bra I actually own and am wearing and the "that" is something she wants to sell me for $76. I HAVE A SHAPE! It's a miracle! – So I always dread going shopping for bras because I have the opposite problem from most of the woman on here: I wear a really small bra size (which I THOUGHT was 34A). Well, little did I know that I've been wearing the wrong size all my adult life! I'm really a 32B, which fits me perfectly!! Great service and selection is what I have to say about Le Petite Coquette. Tania was extremely helpful and made the process of finding what I needed easy as pie. The charming owner is worth the trip as well!
helpful - once I worked with Barbara – I am not an easy size to fit, and I have been all over trying to get the correct support. At the Town Shop I was able to get only a bra, though their selection for my large size was extensive. They did not have the right person helping me. The next (and last) time I went, I left empty-handed. At La Petite Coquette - I was left alone in the stall for quite a while, and then no bra really fit perfectly. Everything I needed – I wrote a review of La Petite Coquette about a year ago, but I must share again how wonderful it is. I went to accomplish a few things and was pleasantly surprised that they've got it all, and more! I had to buy a present for a friend who's getting married, and they have everything from beautiful nightgowns and sexy slips, to garters. Of course I couldn't leave without something for myself. THE ONLY PLACE TO SHOP FOR LINGERIE – For the past couple of years when I have come into your store to shop I immediately look for Tanya. She is an incredible salesperson! As it is trying on lingerie is, well like bathing suit season, but she makes it easy and fun. When I tell her the look that I am going for, she gets it and brings me a variety of lingerie to try on. Add some ooh la la to your love life. – The Scene You'll need to get buzzed in to this small, extraordinarily frilly store. A wall of signed 8-by-10's attests to the celebs who've shopped here before you--Veronique from the Victoria's Secret catalog (so much for brand loyalty) and Sarah Jessica Parker are a few of the notables.
