I’ve visited this shop for years, but today I was in a rush in the morning and needed to grab some flowers at 8:30am, not knowing they didn’t open until 9am - but the wonderful person working invited me in and helped me out with some beautiful flowers anyway! They were well-priced, perfect for what I was looking for, and just beautiful. I was so touched that she was willing to do that for me even while still eating her breakfast on the way in. The customer service of this store is absolutely disgusting. My mum entered the store today in hopes to order some flowers. Instead, she was completely ignored by 3 staff members. After standing there for 15 minutes, she was approached by one that asked if she needed help. She said she wanted to order flowers, to then be ignored again for another 10 minutes!
