I made an appointment. I arrive. They expected me to wait 45 MINUTES and told me next time to make an appt. I DID make an appointment. His excuse was "well other people showed up". I called 2x saying I would be there today for 5:15pm. Why are they making appts with no intention to honor them? Waste of time.
The service at LA Perfection Nails is always top-notch. I love how the team remembers me even though I don’t visit often. They’re professional, kind, and really care about their clients. My acrylics turned out absolutely beautiful!
