Service was horrible. Made an appointment and the lady wasn’t even at the store by the time I showed up. I had to wait for her to come back to the salon to open the door at 130 in the afternoon. The appointment was for myself and one other person, she was there alone, we were there till 430. She did NOT ask if I wanted them shorter, she did NOT ask what shape we would like.
