Very rude customer service. (Updated)Adding more:- and there is a way to talk when you are not being able to hear the customers voice. Raking in rude manner doesn’t give you proper connection
I am utterly disappointed in the service provided by this place. I decided to order via Uber Eats a nice flower arrangement for my mother and father in law. Before placing my order I called the store, after being sent to voicemail, I call back and they finally answer. I tell the lady that I want to order the “Rose Garden” but I want to make sure the flowers described on the app are available. Don't order online they will not send the same item, ordered a Tulips bouquet and they sent completely different thing and a different price, it looks very cheap, they didn't even ask if it is ok to send a replacement!
Excellent service. Flowers looked absolutely fresh and the arrangement was perfect. Good assortment of other gift options.
