They manipulate diagnoses to keep patients. And there is a huge lack in communication between staff. Bare minimum in quality of service.
patients are bribed to come in every day, are given ineffectual therapy and i noticed there were patients that were there for companionship only and shouldnt have been there. one patient was told to say she was too depressed to leave, though she should have been discharged. the mentally disabled patients are treated like less than human. one day the driver of one bus let one patient wander off, didnt count heads. the patient spent two days living in dumpsters trying to travel across the city to get home. my medicare was char... read more
