Harassment by management staff and Blue Sky Towing is predatory (Profitable) over minor parking violations, where a simple phone call or proper signage would suffice. Management looks for ways to charge tenets for major appliance and maintenence repairs, which is included in rent. *update, new management, fingers crossed Meanwhile, ten plus years ago the main pool has been has been covered over with plywood and abandoned, while the landscape beautification of roadway frontage and entrance features is Nonexistent. these are very ghetto apartments with no grassy areas anywhere. Not a good place for kids at all. On top of that the apartments are in seemingly a random order. Not very intelligent design and certainly the maintenance will not match because the place looks really run down from the outside. I did not set foot inside.

A little older but very nice and the two pools are great in the summer heat. Pet friendly and our unit had washer dryer hook ups(there are washer and dryer on location). We had a two bedroom with attached garage. It is right next to freeway so easy on and off. We lived there almost 3 years and never had a problem. Most tenants around us had been there awhile.
