My first time visiting La Antigua. The pancakes are as good as you'll find anywhere. If I had just tried the pancakes I would have given 5 stars. The omelette was non-traditional, huge and tasty, but the plate messy and too moist. The bacon needs some attention as it was well done, it wasn't crispy, but was very chewy. I would recommend either a minimally cooked fatty bacon or a well done crispy bacon. The facility was huge (My quick count was about 200 seats).
