This hotel is great, the prices are good and the staff are nice and friendly and mind their business. Rooms are generally clean.
I wish I could give this hotel no stars ! Our room was infested with hundreds of bed bugs I was here on a buisness trip and got displaced at 4am they didn’t want to issue a refund because they said all hundreds of the bed bugs came in with us when everything was infested in the room. When asked to transfer us to one of their sister hotels they would not do so. Employees on site at the time gave us fake numbers and names to contact about our problems and we still have yet to find a new hotel to stay in. Terrible hotel do not ... read more
