These apartments suck!! They have at least 4 vehicle break-ins a month and 3 nights ago there was a shoot out from an apparent drug deal gone wrong. 12- 13 shots were fired and lucky no one was killed. Several cars were hit due to the shoot out. The owner and manager don't care about the residents. They have black mold in the air vents and on the ceiling. When my neighbor asked them to fix it they just painted over it. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever! Not even my worst enemy.

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!! When you complain or have a question the owner will tell you anything he thinks you want to hear just to get you quiet. Then he tells the office & maintenance something else. Office staff are rude & and will lie to your face. Maintenane is a joke. What maintenance? My apt. had mold. After repeatedly trying to convince me it wasn't mold, then finally admitting it was, their solution was to just paint over it. My apt flooded more than once, ruining my furniture. Do not move into these apartments unless you really have to! They only do cover up repair jobs to make you be quiet. They allow 10 men to live in one apartment, so not safe for kids to play and walk around. They allow drug dealers/users to live here. You will hear loud Mexican music playing almost everyday. I waited 5-days for the so called 24-hour on call maintenance crew to fix my stopped up toilet, that they didn't even fix! I ended up fixing it myself. And they do not have the renters best interest. The staff will tell you anything that they think you want to here to get you to put down the application fee Then will not even check references or your job. Just deny you. And to pour salt on the wound. Won't even call you back to tell u that u r denied. You have too track them down.

love this place management is friendly, no problems getting stuff fixed EVER some apartments have washer and dryer hook ups and laundry facility available also, no breed restrictions and of course pets are accepted All Bills Paid NO CAP the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because my neighbors are a little noisy and the kids are also my hubby says kids will be kids but I am a VERY QUIET PERSON

These apartments are real bad they never fix things they just do cover ups, and they have a major roach problem. there always waiting to charge you for any little thing i cant wait till my lease is up to get out of here.
