At one of the most difficult times of my life when I was at an all time low, Paul was so caring and I knew he had a kind soul. He treated my baby with dignity and respect and I could NOT have asked for a nicer place to help me with her. I picked her up this afternoon, and I felt such caring and warmth and concern. I didn't get the opportunity to meet the people here since Banfield handled the arrangements but they exceeded my expectations. I received a beautiful engraved box, with my Maggie's paw print and a tuff of her hair. I have not doubt she was handled with the care she deserved and I appreciate it so much!
