Was hit with a horrible stench as soon as i stepped foot into the store. Smelled like wet mop water. The bathrooms were also so filthy. I felt so icky being in the store. Not worth the price Edit: I appreciate the explanation regarding the damaged Ptrap. However, the smell throughout the store was overwhelming during my visit, and the bathrooms were also very dirty. Stupidly priced considering the mediocrity of the menu.
Super busy on a friday night. Lots of variety of gelatos and cafes
The gelato is delicious and definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the shop was very disappointing. From the front entrance to the inside, everything looked neglected. The floors were dirty, the tables were sticky and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers, and there was garbage on the floor. It’s a real shame because the gelato is excellent. Please give the place a thorough cleaning, the quality of the shop should match the quality of the gelato.
