Update 13/30/24 Update on review. La Paloma is now charging an Air Garage fee of 100.00 a month. They do provide free air garage parking for one car per tenant. The problem I'm facing is that my girlfriend and each have a personal vehicle but I also have a work vehicle because I work in Pest Control. So now to park my work truck I have to pay 100.00 a month. I just wish I would’ve found this place sooner. Dalberta is amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and was the nicest property manager I had met. She made my moving process so simple. Maintenance is always super fast, and greets me with a kind smile no matter what I need. La Paloma Apartments are kept beautiful and smelling great! I have lived here for over 8 years now and the biggest complaint I have is that there is no security at night. I have had two vehicle break ins on two separate occasions. Just today I noticed that my tailor hitch was stolen. This has been an ongoing issue here because of all the homeless who have easy access to the apartment complex. Soda machines have been broken into, the laundry room and main office have also been broken into. Visiting a friend
The management are members of the family owners. Any appeal to management is refused to be acted upon, blaming the owners for the rotten situation. Any positive impression you have of management is because they bamboozled you into thinking they are considerate and want the best for their tenants. They look you in the eye and lie, lie, lie. Once, they instructed me to put up a shade screen on my patio. I did it- because otherwise they'd bill me for one installed by them.
