This company recently purchased a property that I was already living in. I tested positive for Covid-19. I did the responsible thing and came home and quarantined. My car was parked in a legal public parking spot at the complex. The property had my car towed. It cost me $178 to get my car back. Now the manager is sending the office staff to argue with me about reimbursing me the money. Since they wrongfully towed my car. The manager is spineless and won't even talk with me about the situation.

I agree with Bradie A ! I am a tenant at Kent Place of 5 1/2 years now and agree with numerous other tenants with her complete post on Kent Place Properties on the BBB site. Since this letter to BBB was written numerous tenants were written a letter by Avenue 5's Legal counsel demanding that we Cease hostile communication with Avenue 5 management, owners, investors etc.. I am writing as one of and at the behest of MANY neighbors of mine at Kent Place Residences, managed by Avenue 5 Residential property managers, in Englewood, CO. Fifty or more of said neighbors have been actively involved in attempting to remedy the security, safety and management situations here, at our homes, for months now. Billing department called during global pandemic trying to collect and even recommended I spend my stimulus check to pay off bill when he knew I have been out of a job for over a month. He was aggressive in his tone and vocabulary and before he ended he called made a joke regarding my health and my wife's, even though we both are at risk of dying from COVID19.

This company and their other properties(Domain 3201) suck you dry of all your money. Now I have to pay over $200 to have my car gotten out of the tow yard as they have a contract with A&B towing to tow my vehicle without my notification or the permission of the Apartment Office staff. They do not care about the residents or current events that affects many of the residents.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. STEER CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have ever known who has lived here, myself included, has been scammed. Here I am 8 months out of my lease, I REPEAT 8 MONTHS, since I have lived at this complex and I am sent an e-mail stating that I owe nearly $600. I was not sent an itemized invoice as CALIFORNIA LAW requires. I was only sent a screenshot of a PARTIAL itemized invoice after I called (multiple times) demanding to see it. These people are frauds and conniving tricksters who manipulate with willful knowledge of not being able to provide on lease terms and parkin. Attention dog lovers they will harass by having your dog impounded

NEVER RENT FROM Apartments on the green!!! We moved into this complex – Apartments on the Green located in SLC, Utah in August of 2018. When we did the apartment tour, they only had the model available to look at and it was absolutely not an option to see the unit we were moving into because there were current residents occupying it but was assured that by the move in date provided it would be newly remodeled to look identical to the model we were viewing.
