The massage was relaxing and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.

I wanted to like this spa, but my experiences were inconsistent. There was a lot of massage therapist turnover, which made it hard to build continuity of care. Unfortunately, the receptionist was also quite rude on more than one occasion, which really affected the overall experience. I shared feedback directly with the establishment but never received a response, which was disappointing. I’ve since found a new massage provider in the area who better meets my needs.
La Palma is great. Michelle was awesome. Definitely book her for a massage. You will not regret.
