I had a wonderful experience here! The owners and staff provided warm and thorough customer service. On top of that, the optometrist was very honest and straightforward, focusing only on what I actually needed without pushing extra products. Truly a trustworthy optical store!
만약 이곳에서 안경을 하셨다면 맞추신 후에는 반드시, 필히, 꼭! 영수증을 달라고 하십시요. 안경이, 약속된 시간이 지나면 연락을 기다리다 못해 전화를 하면 항상 하는말이 찾아보고 전화 드린다고 합니다. 여러개를 한꺼번에 하실 때는 숫자를 꼭, 확인하시고 영수증은 꼭, 받으시기를 !!! 꼭! 몇개 했냐고 물으면 혹시나 3개 오더를 2개로 한번 잘못 말하면 2개라고 낙인이 찍힙니다. 절대 불가 2개만 있습니다 영수증이 있다면 확실한 증거가 남게 됩니다. 여러 안경점을 다녀봤지만 영수증을 주지않는 곳은 이곳이 처음 입니다. 리뷰를 보고 "뭐, 어떻게, 진짜 저렇게 그럴려고?" 했었는데 많은 공감을 느꼈습니다. 제발 리뷰를 소홀히 하지 마세요 부탁 드립니다
