Wonderful nurses at La Palma hospital. Kelli, Shay, Delores, mariella. Very professional, sweet, stayed on top of everything. Very easy to talk to. Made sure my Aunt had everything she needed. Wonderful experience.
I came to the emergency room and waited in line for 2 to 3 hours, and my turn never came. When I asked the staff about it, their response was that this is 'completely normal.' The purpose of emergency rooms is not to make people wait for hours, but to provide fast and effective healthcare. Accepting such long wait times as normal is completely unacceptable. The processes and patient routing need to be urgently reviewed.
Lack of urgency. Waiting times ridiculous.
The staff n nurses were great just one was awful at my discharge he was so unprofessional....
