1 Star due to quality of service. Very basic, minimal quality for regular polish Mani & Pedi for $60 total. Technicians were very nice, but seem undedicated to service. I was finished in under an hr and with service being so minimal, they should have only charged for a Mini Mani/Pedi. No cuticle oil was used on hands or feet. No oil or moisturizer was used after polish. And no scrub used for hands. I asked the technicians if my nails were dry and they assured me they were. I have been giving them chance to do better but each time they have done something wrong. Today I went for eyebrows. The girl who did was so rude and in rush. She did not even do her job properly and teaching me how eyebrows should be 🤨. She started arguing. What is happening with client and customer service. Are we not paying them for the job? Very disappointing. They are in my area so I want to promote local businesses but I guess not. In place of saying what I will like to have she was showing her tantrum. I hope you guy... read more
