Wow. Yeah I’m a white guy, but I’m born and raised in the DFW all my life and grew up eating and drinking with my Hispanic homeboys, so I know little bit about Mexican food. This was the best pastor torta I’ve ever had. I devoured it. Meat juicy and heavily seasoned , buttery toasted roll, fresh toppings.
