I rented a car from them over a month ago and am still yet to get my 500$ deposit back... Ive called multiple times and every single time they decline my call. Illegal and incredibly disrespectful. Im beginning the process of filing in small claims.
Me sacaron de un apuro, llegué tarde al aeropuerto de Los Ángeles y la compañía donde reservé un carro ya estaba serrado, me contactaron con este lugar el cual me dio un poco de miedo pero el muchacho que nos atendió, muy amable y buena persona, los contacté en dos semanas para mi depósito y el mismos día me regresaron la llamada y mi depósito. 100% recomendados!!
told me ill get my deposit back in 12 business days and never got it. I called them and it took a couple trues for them to pick up. They said they never even processed my deposit to get refunded. Still waiting do not rent here. No communication and literally a breach of their own contract.
Una autentica vergüenza, no devuelven la fianza, les llamas y no cogen el telefono, les escribes por whatsapp y tampoco responden, el coche estaba en malas condiciones, roto, olor a marihuanna, el deposito de gasolina a menos de la mitad. Los asientos estaban quemados por cigarros, lleno de polvo y suciedad… No recomiendo nada esta empresa, mejor pagar un poco mas y coger una fiable
Realmente todo 10 puntos, la Toyota Rav 4 que rente casi 0km, tanto Oscar como Alfredo MUY BUENA ATENCIÓN. Y a los 12 dias HABILES, me acreditaron la garantía sin problema. Totalmente recomendable, voy a volver pronto.
