this business was very SUSPICIOUS at the beginning . but we give them a chanse . but looks like they SCAMMERS . because after months and months. they still have the rental deposit ..no reason to keep the deposit for than long. any ways . if u have to rent a car take uber .lift o go somewhere else. don’t take the risk ….
Péssima empresa não indico para ninguém. Tive um problema na minha reserva na Alamo por causa do meu cartão de crédito e o rapaz me indicou essa empresa patética, assinei toda a papelada e o caução até hoje não foi depositado na minha conta!! 500 dólares.. um absurdo… eles simplesmente me roubaram 500 dólares. Já contestei a compra no app e não obtive sucesso. Enfim nunca escolham essa empresa. Mandei mensagem para o Oscar no WhatsApp umas 5 vezes e ele sequer me respondeu!! Das Fahrzeug war in gutem Zustand und die Übergabe verlief zunächst problemlos. Leider war der Service nach der Anmietung sehr enttäuschend. Bei Fragen oder Problemen war kaum Unterstützung zu bekommen. Die Versicherungsbedingungen sind wenig kundenfreundlich (1.000 $ Selbstbeteiligung selbst bei unverschuldeten Schäden). Eine vorzeitige Rückgabe wurde trotz besonderer Umstände strikt nach Vertrag behandelt (nur 50 % Erstattung plus 150 $ Gebühr).
