Our experience with LA OC Car Rental is mixed. When we arrived in LA, we were surprised to find out that the car rental company we originally chose (Alamo) did not accept our credit card. (Our card was from a non-major bank). LA OC Car Rental was quick to pick us up at Alamo and help us rent a car through them, at a better price than we were originally getting at Alamo. Coming here was definitely a win, Brayan was of much help clearing my questions in detail even when returning the car, the prices are good and cars well kept. I will definitely come back here!
DON'T RENT YOU CAR HERE!!!!!! They will tell you that in 12 days you will get your deposit back LIEEES, I called several times and they ignore you or they get your call saying "I don't know to who you spoke with but your contract is not ready for the deposit" or "sorry we are missing numbers of your card" a lot of excuses, they are not professional
