My wife has been a very satisfied customer for over five years. Three years ago, she talked me into a pedicure. I went every time she did and my feet never felt better. I started having problems with my hands cracking bad enough I saw two doctors for the problem. My wife gave me a manicure for a Christmas present. The ladies at L.A. For sure never coming back, they are so rude & aren't even good at doing nails
Apparently they like to MAKE you spend more,don't do your nails the way you'd like and then make you feel like shit after you leave..... Not the way your supposed to feel when you try and go to get pampered... I understand you have to deal with people's sometimes unpleasant feet and hands and their attitudes but that's what you signed up for going into this line of work so either clean up your attitude and service or go out of business because you will soon enough with so many crappy complaints and reviews!
