very bad experience here the technician was a little rude and kept picking at my toenail with a tool even after I repeatedly told her it was painful and asked her to leave it alone and continue with the rest of the pedicure. She would ask if it hurt, I’d say yes, and she’d continue anyway. I had to stop her multiple times, but she kept going until my toe started bleeding I also asked for a baby pink polish and even showed her a photo on my phone for reference, but she painted my toes nude instead. Horrible experience, will be the last time I set my foot in this place. My nail tech was on her phone watching tik tok reels the whole time, did not bother to ask how I was feeling. I spent $117.00 for horrible service, my cuticles were cut incorrectly, which made my finger bleed on both sides, unacceptable.

Went in there excited to get my birthday nails done! Showed the lady prior a pic of the inspo i wanted. She smiled and said she could do it. Immediately she had cut my nails far too short when all i asked was for a little length off. She then proceeded to use the wrong colors that did not match my inspiration photo. I asked her why the colors were different and she said that the color would match the picture once she put the top coat on. So i trusted the process.
