I’ve been going here for MONTHS and never had an issue. I get the same fill and color ever time. But I went last Saturday (9/12) and I had someone that normally doesn’t do my nails. When filing she cut a bunch of my fingers and they bled. To make it worse, she tried fixing it by quickly cleaning them with alcohol wipes which nearly made me cry out loud. It’s Monday now, I’m at my job and my fingertips still hurt and are super sensitive to anything I touch. I’m so upset and disappointed. I usually have no issues here. ☹️
