It seems like you either get excellent service here or poor/none/rude. I saw others being treated well but the lady rushed mine and did as little as possible then overcharged me. Why do they quote one price only to actually charge more? The end result wasn’t horrible (also could have been better), but the overall experience wasn’t appealing. They don’t seem to care about repeat business which is too bad - I keep my nails done year round.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to! The nicest and most skilled nail techs I’ve found. I wish I had taken a “before” picture because my nails were wrecked - I showed him an inspo picture and he duplicated it exactly! When I couldn’t find the right color he took the time to search for the perfect shade of pink. I won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year now; NEVER had an issue with my nails or the service! Today I broke a nail (for the first time since I began going to them)- immediately went in to get it fixed as I have an important event this weekend. There was no wait, I was sat down right away and they got to work, finishing it in under 20 minutes, identical to how it looked before! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, they saved me loads of embarrassment and got me right back on track for the weekend!

I’m honestly not sure why anyone would come to this place. First of all, there’s not any actual polish on one of my pinky toe nails. Second of all, the fingernails and toenails were supposed to be the same color. Apparently when they basically forced me to get gel on my fingernails, they used a different color.
