I asked for square nails and these are rounded. They're filed to an angle instead of being straight and sharp. I repeatedly asked him to fix it before painting and he would not push the cuticles back after I asked. He said okay and continued what he wanted to do. I'm so sick of this place never doing it right
I was able to walk in and received great service. Full set with cat eye polish. Only negative I have is, the location is filthy. Staff were sitting in chairs literally sleeping. If there is time to sleep then, certainly you should have time to clean and declutter.
