Very disappointed with my experience. I paid for a manicure that started chipping after only 3 days, which is completely unacceptable for professional nail service. Not only did the polish chip almost immediately, but the quality of the application was poor. The design lines are uneven, the polish is already lifting and peeling at the edges, and there are visible imperfections and rough spots. Been going here for months and enjoying the service - Both pedicures and dip powder service; however, this last time I was assigned one of the gentlemen and he rushed my service. He didn’t allow enough time between for the nails to set and now it’s been under two weeks and the dip powder is ruined. In the past, I was able to go almost a month between services. I do not intend to go back.
Hannah is my go-to nail artist. She is AMAZING every time, and does it exactly how I want it. Plus she is so friendly. I am always happy with my nails (both mani and pedi) I highly recommend LA Nails. Especially Hannah 🫶
