I went in here to get my nails soaked off I exlpaythis clearly to him however he insisted on filing it down pained over it clear now you can still see the acrylic lifting so I just wasted money. Will not go here again. Very poor service

Have been going here to get my eyebrows done for a while. Typically the woman does it but the last couple of times a man has been doing it. My eyebrows don’t look like, I tried to ask for a refund and just ended up arguing with them. He said he made me look younger and beautiful, I disagree. I definitely didn’t get my eyebrows done properly. They didn’t turn out how I wanted them. He’s only way to fix, was to come back in a couple weeks and get them done again. Due to my normal nail shop being closed Due to them being out of the country I chose to go to LA nails because I had been there before. Well what disappointment that was!! This place has lost their touch. $31 for basic pedi and they didn't do any nail cleanup or ingrown removal even after being asked several times. The water was cold and the stones were also. The nail polish paint job looks like I did it myself at home. Save your time and money and go to another place.
