I would have given a five-star review, but I typically try a place multiple times before rating. If I based my evaluation solely on my niece's full set, I would have awarded five stars. It’s sad how they ask for 50$ just clean the surface of your feet, when you’ve been done that while taking a shower.
I walked in at 6:03 PM on Monday, June 22 (their sign noted they close at 7 PM) needing the gel-X on my hands and toe gel polish removed for a work meeting the next day. The shop was completely empty, but the two employees at the front turned me away, claiming "gel-X is too hard to remove." They didn't even bother to walk over and look at my hands or toes.
