Terrible customer service! Waited over 40 minutes for an appointment that was made in advance while people who walked in with no appointment were helped first.

I went in, asked for French tip. They said that they could do it. I get in the chair he files my nails down and Glue the nails on not only is he rushing, but he’s being very rough cut my finger. Three of my nails were crooked because he wasn’t trying to do them It seemed like then he goes to tell me that he can’t do French tip so I’m like OK. The nails are already on. The reviews aren’t exaggerating. Fairly rude when walking in to get a manicure, I made an appointment for the next day for a basic manicure. Was less than 5 minutes late, which I know impacts a lot of things and is on me….but to just be told that they can’t fit me in at all makes no sense, even though I told them I was happy to wait longer. I know I was late, but if they don’t take walk ins what was the person who was supposed to do my manicure doing? Not worth coming back again.

The people and I’ve gotten my nails done here multiple times and every time they’re gorgeous. Great customer Service and super happy and amazing environment!!
