They used a hand file on my foot. I’m no professional but I’ve never had that done anywhere before. I think was over priced for a 30 minute service. They came out nice but she did cut my toenails too short and dug too deep when taking out the ingrowns. I won’t be returning as I wasn’t overly impressed.
