Having been a regular customer for over 10y, I’ve seen Julie, the owner, be completely rude and very unprofessional to customers and her nail techs. I had NEVER been late to an appointment and even accommodated the salon when Julie called me a few years ago to reschedule me because they had an opportunity to do a wedding party.
