I really enjoy this nail salon! Tu is transparent about ability and limitations (if ever applicable) which is perfect because I typically request difficult designs. He is very talented! It is always good to make an appointment (just like any place of business) and if you, the customer, are open about what you want the nail techs do an awesome job. I went into LA nails on June 1st for a regular gel manicure. This is my first time trying LA nails as I needed a manicure today. I had to wait a little bit (no worries! I was a walk in), but once I was able to get my nails done it felt very rushed. My hands are left with gel polish all over the tops of my nails (see pics), and the hand massage was 20 seconds max per hand. Again, I felt rushed not relaxed. Also - she did not wear gloves. I love getting my nails done here. They are always welcoming, the place is relaxing and clean. They are very gentle. A lot of the same people have worked here for many years, it’s nice to see familiar faces.

Had a 1:30 appointment for 2. Waited 40 minutes in cold water which i told them many times. Massage chair did not work. Which i told them. My daughter was done before I started and it's mother's day. I didn't get the pedicure I wanted due to time. Was disappointed. However my girl was great and did an average pedicure. At that time it was too late tho.
