DO NOT come here. I asked the lady FOUR times to sanitize her tools and ignored me. I was charged $130 for not even a Fake Nail. No hot stones on my feet. I’m BEYOND mad. Then I had a $20 on the table and the girl just got up and took it. Not even do you want some change? You all are CRAZY for charging these prices.

I have been going to La Na Nail Lounge for the past two years, and I absolutely love this place. I first came here after a friend recommended it to me, and once I saw how amazing her nails looked, I had to check it out for myself. From the very first visit, I was hooked. I was super excited to give this nail salon a try. It looked cute on Instagram and nail designs they had done looked promising. I made an appointment and called to reschedule for 30 minutes later due to traffic and were accommodating which I really appreciated but then I had to wait an extra hour after I got there. No one even tried to communicate with me. I decided to get a pedicure while I waited. The First Lady kept hurting me while removing my polish.
