I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with both the quality of my nails and the customer service. I paid $135 for a fill, and the final result looked nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. The base color didn’t complement my skin tone, the French tips were inconsistent, the brown wasn’t blended, and the overall design looked much less clean and polished than what I requested.
