I have gone here for years. While I agree with all the fantastic reviews, (it is clean, updated, great manicurists), I have been disappointed with the service I have received in the past few months. I always make my appointments ahead of time, I never walk in. I made one and I waited a half-hour. It was clear I wasn't going to get a pedicure anytime soon, so I left. I’ve been a loyal customer of La Mode Spa for years, and I can confidently say that it’s the best spa experience I’ve ever had! Whether it’s manicures, pedicures, or facials, the quality of service is always exceptional. Vivian, the owner, is truly amazing—her attention to detail and dedication to her clients is second to none. The spa is always clean, welcoming, and the entire team is professional and attentive. Great location. Easy to access and parking is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Vivienne is the sweetest! Love this place. It helps that the design/atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Relaxing environment. Wide variety of services to choose from.
