This family business is such a gem for the South Bay area. My tire was popped on the fastrak 110 and Metro Freeway Service Patrol was only able to leave my car at the Harbor Gateway Transit Center. I explained the situation to the dispatcher and he was sure to confirm the tire so there was no errors. The service was SO QUICK and OUTSTANDING! Exceptional customer service from both the dispatcher and technician. Convenient, but pretty pricey. As someone who works early and gets off during rush hour, there’s really no time to make it to a shop on time so this was definitely worth it. I probably would have ended up paying more having to uber everywhere in addition to tire service.

Hung up on me when I asked for pricing Very rude and doesn’t want money apparently very unprofessional for a low end start up business no growth in sight for them if the same guy always answers customers calls GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Don’t waste your time money energy shopping with these people
